Start with the document that matches the activity and then review the signed agreement or notice that applies to your relationship.
Privacy and data processing
The Privacy Policy explains general collection and use. The Privacy Center explains the document map. The DPA and transfer documents apply when MatosPay processes Personal Data for a business. Supplier documents describe the obligations expected of providers. The Sub-processors List describes provider categories and the disclosure approach.
Merchant use
The Terms and Acceptable Use Policy describe website and service conduct. The Merchant Services Agreement guide explains why a signed agreement, pricing schedule, program guide, or partner terms may control an approved account.
Keep the right version
Each document includes an update or effective date. MatosPay may revise documents when services, partners, laws, or business structures change. If a signed contract or applicable law provides a different requirement, the controlling contract or law governs.
